Roger Smeed is a senior executive widely experienced and highly regarded in both the private and government sectors. He has extensive experience at Chief Executive and Company Director level both in Australia and internationally, for large and small companies and government-owned corporations.

An experienced Company Director with both publicly listed and private companies, he is the Managing Director of a successful consultancy practice, providing corporate and management advice and analysis to companies, both large and small, and to Australian and international Governments and regulators. He currently serves as a non-executive Director on the Board’s of a number of Australian ASX listed companies, to whom he also provides corporate, management and governance advice.

 

 

Ian Martin

Non-Executive Director

Ian Martin joined Amethon Solutions in August 2007 as a non-executive director and has over 20 years of experience in the areas of telecommunications policy, regulation and research.

Since 1994 Mr. Martin has worked as a telecommunications research analyst in the global investment markets with BZW, Macquarie Bank and ABN Amro (now Royal Bank of Scotland). This includes periods as the independent analyst in BZW’s role of adviser to the Australian Government on the Telstra privatization as well as head telecommunications analyst with ABN Amro Australia, which held the lead investment-banking role in the sale of Telstra 2.

He is currently the lead Telecommunications analyst for RBS in Australia.

 

Paul Salter

Non-Executive Director

Paul is a joint Founder and Managing Director of MAP Capital Advisors and Chief Executive Officer of MAP Capital. He leads the corporate and M&A practice within the firm. Paul has extensive management and corporate finance experience having worked as Chief Financial Officer for Damovo Australia, Ericsson Corporate Networks and ACTTAB Ltd in senior management with KPMG and Ernst & Young in corporate consulting. Paul’s domain expertise is in the areas of telecommunication, information technology, gaming, digital and traditional media. Paul holds a bachelor of Commerce (University of Melbourne), is a member of the Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
